I just had to confirm your article on Lavender oil is so true, I started using lavender oil at bedtime and I can actually feel my body and mind relaxing. I have always had chronic anxiety and sleep problems, but since adding lavender oil at bedtime I am sleep much better and also with less aches and pains with very little stiff joints and we are in our winter season which is usually my worse time of the year but I am doing Awesome
