To understand the cause of such loss in a particular pair, it is important to thoroughly check the pair. Various tests are conducted to determine the cause of the problem, which may be different from being hormonal, infected or genetic. Treatment varies depending on reason, so it is not possible to stop the problem again, unless all necessary tests are done.

Chromosomal reason

At least 50% of pregnancy is examined in the first 3 months of pregnancy tissue, there is a large chromosome or genetic abnormality. Pregnancy is later lost in pregnancy, there is a high rate of chromosomal abnormality compared to about 30% in the second 3 months of pregnancy and 5% in the last 3 months.

Due to the loss of pregnancy (5% of joints with RPL), chromosome abnormality is less chance. Women over 35 years of age have more tendency to produce chromosomal abnormal eggs. Whenever a couple has to face 2 or more miscarriages, then there is an indication of the investigation of chromosomes for both men and women. It is normal 95% of the test time. If abnormalities are identified, immediate counseling with experienced human geneticists is indicated because research in this field is complex and constantly changing.

Immunological causes

Immunological reasons are considered less for recurring pregnancy damage. Two main categories of recurrent pregnancy immunological causes are autoimmune (in which the female's immune system attacks its organs and tissues) and alomine (where the immune system is considered foreign). Autumn disease or inefficiency can play up to 10% of recurrent pregnancy.

Antiphospholipid (APS) is an autonomous dysfunction that is classically linked to the loss of classical pregnancy. Small blood clots develop in fetal circulation, which inhibit the passing of oxygenated blood in the womb. This is a possible cause for fetal loss. Treatment options are preferred for aspirin and heparin (blood diluted) low dose for women with APS. In a situation where there is oleoma, i.e. the embryo is considered as an external tissue by the mother; Other treatments such as leukocyte vaccination with father's blood and immunoglobulin therapy are used.

Hormonal causes

The most common hormonal cause for recurring pregnancy loss is "lute stage defect" which is associated with low progesterone secretion. Progesterone is essential for good development of the uterine layer to maintain pregnancy. Progesterone plays an important role in transplantation and development of normal pregnancy and can be reduced due to recurring pregnancy loss in severe cases of infertility and mild cases. A common treatment for a lute-phage defect is progesterone supplement in the form of vaginal suppositories, injections, oral tablets or above. Controlled diabetes mellitus and controlled thyroid disorder today is not considered due to the loss of pregnancy.

Infection

Some old infections such as toxoplasmosis may be suffering from a woman, the embryo can be passed, which causes damage. If infection is not detected and therefore treatment is not done, then it may continue to play destruction with further pregnancy. So if the infection is present then it is necessary to complete various tests, then treat it and this can lead to successful pregnancy in the future.

Lifestyle factor

Some lifestyle factors can increase the risk of recurring abortions, especially smoking, heavy drinking and drug abuse.

Unknown reason
